The olive oil sector is absolutely strategic in agricultural policy and in the Portuguese economy. Olive oil, as a tradable good, has contributed to reducing the national agrifood balance deficit and the growth seen in recent years has given great consistency to all production, with the professionalization of companies, technical improvement, improvement of production systems and the modernization of olive production structures. Nowadays, the olive oil sector is certainly one of the most solid bets in the national agricultural sector and one of the sectors with the greatest margin of growth.

This project is a bet in this remarkable sector and is based on a strategy that has been solidly built by its promoters over the years. The investment made in olive groves, both modern and irrigated, in recent years has made the promoters of this project a reference producer in Baixo Alentejo.

Thus, this project intends to reinforce the investment started in 2017 and complement the industry with greater processing and storage capacity, as well as diversify its activity with the inclusion of a bottling line in order to enter new markets with a new product.
